Meta talks about red line of internationals regarding border correction

Albania's president, Ilir Meta, has spoken of the idea of his Kosovo counterpart, Hashim Thaci, for “border correction” between Kosovo and Serbia. Meta has stated in the Report TV that <x0) red (1)x1> for internationals “is and remains the stability and security of Kosovo”.
Referring to Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, that “is located before a chance not to be missed”, Meta stressed that his stance is in sync with that of the Government, and that there has been a meeting for that of top diplomat Ditmir Bushati.
I've said that at best it's a waste of time, and in the worst case, it risks opening Pandora's box. And this is not a serious thing if we talk about the issue of borders in the Balkans because it is known where Balkan disasters came from historically, but not more than 20 years ago.
So in the current case, we have to remember that President Thaci has never talked about partitioning Kosovo or territorial exchanges. It has raised the issue of border correction, as a new term, meaning, according to him, the possibility of reuniting the Presevo Valley with Kosovo, but without violating the territorial integrity of the state of Kosovo. So in this direction I believe my position has been completely responsible, consistent and consistent, despite the policy Albania has been pursuing all these years in support of Kosovo's independence, of recognising Kosovo, but also of supporting Serbia-Kosovo dialogue.
I have always stressed that this dialogue started to recognise this new reality and reconcile these two realities, namely Serbia with the new state of Kosovo, and not as a way to deviate from this reality and go towards the unconventional, which means changing borders or territorial exchange.
I think the United States has not changed its policy for the region, namely, as a policy aimed at empowering stability and security in this region, much more when we already have Montenegro's NATO membership, when we have their efforts to support Macedonia's agreement with Greece that would soon join Macedonia in NATO too.
The United States, of course, has supported and supported dialogue with Serbia, but has made it clear that it would want this dialogue and its outcome or its agreement to bring an applicable product, a product that guarantees stability for Kosovo, for Serbia, and also for the entire region.
And of course anyone can interpret it differently, but the interpretation I do this attitude is that, it's not true that the international community has no red lines on the issue. The red line is and remains the stability and security of Kosovo, and also of the entire region, by such an agreement.
I believe that in my positions on this issue we are also clearly based on the programmes and attitudes of the Albanian government, and above all of Albania's Parliament, but also in all of the policy pursued by Albania since Kosovo's proclamation the independent state and the continuation, which is a national policy, is not just a party or the other side.
We have had discussions on this issue with the foreign minister and we have been in a while. Of course, on behalf of the government on behalf of foreign policy I think the foreign minister speaks, and in this matter we have been in the full synton”, Meta has declared.
