On Monday evening, Gisiela Maloku gave two interviews, a preliminary interview for Eni Vasili at Top Channel, and a direct one in Blendi Fevziu's opinion.
In the interviews, Maloku claimed to have witnessed false testimony at Tirana's No. 3 Commissionership on July 21, 2017, when he cried out to Rexhepi Rhaja for rape, rape, shooting, torture, cigarette burns and persecution. She explained that all these accusations, and all her attempts to bring Rexhepi up, between late 2017 and July 2018, were made by jealousy after Rexhepi had ended his relationship with her and had gone on vacation with another girl.
The findings of the July 2018 forensic expertise, which has concluded that Maloku's body had been exerted violence, including cigarette burns, she has dismissed them with the claim that the signs of violence were the result of an accident, while cigarette burns had made them over her body because of jealousy.
With these claims, Maloku has rejected all her previous claims, given over the months, ahead of a series of state institutions, including two police commissioners, interior control service and the forensic expertise service. Legally, Maloku has risked taking the defendant for false testimony.
Maloku's claims have been met with scepticism in public opinion, a part of which is convinced that her statements are under pressure and threat to her or her family life.
A look at some facts and differences in its testimony further reinforces this perception. Below, we analyze some of these differences.
Freed by Police and Dilemming With a Taxi
Officially Maloku is under police protection, but she went to Durres yesterday to provide an interview for Eni Vasili in unknown and not police society. Meanwhile, she has lied publicly, saying she had traveled by taxi, while Vasili and journalist Anila Hoxha have seen her step out of a black car with dark glass.
Last night during the Open show, after broadcasting the interview, addressing Vassili, Hoxha said: “We were both out there waiting for Gisilla. When we asked him what you came by, he told us by taxi, but we were there and we saw him not coming in a taxi but another car, along with some other people. We were there, we were witnesses, and we saw her leave with that car. ”
When confronted with this fact by journalist Mentor Kikia at the Opinion studio, Gisiela insisted that he had traveled by taxi, but after insisting on journalists in Opinion, she admitted that she had lied because she did not want “to publicize the lives of all the people around her”.
Persistence over non-transmitting interview with Vasili
After recording the interview with Annie Vasili, Maloch insisted that it not be broadcast. But Vassili decided to broadcast the interview. Although Maloku couldn't see the broadcast itself, since at the broadcast time she was on Klan television preparing for a direct interview, she has indicated that the interview aired by Vasili has been mounted.
Lack of Persuasive Reasons to Justify Chitoz's Charge
While the indictment against Rexhep Rreja, Gisiel has justified her with a sense of jealousy, she has failed to give any reason why she has indicted judicial police officer Gentian Citozi at the Interior Ministry's Service. Officially, she has indicted Chitoz for pressure to withdraw the indictment of the Pit.
Eni Vasili asked the girl about the behaviour of Fushe-Kruja's Judiciary Police officer, Makoku had taken root at Officer Gentian Citozi on July 20th, but one day later, on July 21st, she went to the Ministry of Interior Control in Durres and pointed out Chetos for abuse of office, since he had allowed other persons (Reep Rreja and his two cousins) to enter his office and threaten Maloku with the office. This type of confession is also supported by the reporting of Officer Emiliano Noah.
But Vasili's question about this denouncing, Maloku has been confused:
I didn't like his behavior. I don't know, but I didn't like it, that's all. That's what I thought. He expressed his thoughts, he's doing fine, withdraw [crowding], but I wasn't influenced by his opinion. Although I went with my wish [to withdraw the appeal to Rexhepi], a police officer does not have to favour any party. I don't remember. ”
Vasili's comment that Cizot's disillusionment to Chitoz makes sense only if the girl didn't want to attract the rumor against Rexhepi, but Chitoz urged her to pull it out, Maloch didn't know how to answer and closed the discussion expressing “I don't want to talk about Chitos, that's all! ”
Reviolence Lapsus
At the end of his interview with Vasili, having denied being threatened after he had claimed to have made false confessions about violence, rape, and torture, for he claimed to be conscious of cigarettes at one point Gisiel said:
Nobody's really worried about me, all of these guys calling for protection, I don't know, you can put me on defense... to support me psychologically. Even if we assume that all of these are true [its charges of violence and rape by Rexhepi], they are re - reforming me again. ”
This statement should be called for help, and using the word “ridim” may actually be a statement that has missed them unwittingly but truly.
Abandoning Opinion to Avoid Journalists' Questions
In Opnion, Maloch mechanically repeated the same claims he made at the Open. But it immediately confronted journalists who noted the differences or gaps in her claims in the interview with Vasili. She also faced a truth: if she had made false congratulation she would have been criminally responsible.
As he could not give any convincing answers or reasons, Malyko decided to quit the interview and leave the studio, saying her answers would give “there where she needed” and that she would no longer provide any media interviews. /EXIT. AL/
