Why don't you legalize cannabis? Rama's response shows his failure

Prime Minister Rama, invited to the Free Zone Show, has been questioned on the issue. Journalist Chan has given Canada the case and suggested that it legalise cannabis.

Rama has responded that such a decision cannot be made since the war chapter against criminal cannabis has not yet been closed in Albania. But Rama's statement contradicts dozens of times when the prime minister has spoken of <x0-capture closed” planting cannabis in Albania, a debate that has recently been compromised in Albanian politics.

- Why don't you do it?

Rama: Because we don't have... we have to close the chapter with the war on criminal cannabis. You must have full control capacity for the territory and close the battle against organised crime.
