Ramadani is deputy minister of the Security Force. Previously, he was a journalist, is among the founders of “Security Security Research Center” and it's a national security system legalist.
In an interview given “Cohe Ditore”, he has talked about the mission's advance process and the mandate of the Security Force (FSK), which has been launched through some legal changes that the Government has forwarded to the Assembly last month. Through them, the KSF is intended to become an army mandate. But not with automation.
Ramadani has mentioned a ten-year transition period that will mark three stages of KSF development.
He has relaxed the KSF's long-term development plan in this interview, he has spoken of reorganization, doctrine, training, education, human capacity development and equipment, interoperability with NATO, and budgetary considerations. Ramadani has also talked about the challenges that can accompany the transition and has shown whether the north will have its own military battalion.
