The Parliamentary Commission for Education today has in principle examined the No.06/L-093 Bill for the protection of KLA war values.
MPs, praising the draft law in question, have said the category of KLA0 fighters is almost holy and an adequate law should be made for them.
Driton Caushi said that the case of veterans' lists best shares the situation or category of KLA soldiers.
MP Shemsy Syla has said the bill lacks much because the law does not provide sanctions.
While Valentina Bunnjaku Rexhepi is interested in knowing whether FARK is involved in the law.
Initiator of this bill Fadil Beka has said that no individuals are protected by this bill but The KLA and said the model of the law is Croatian.
The Commission has unanimously followed the draft for first reading in the Assembly.
