According to the indictment, in March 2018, the defendant J.D. (1977), from the municipality of Kamenica, has taken the minor K.S. at the age of thirteen, with its national vehicle and sent it to Prizren, where they spend the night in vehicles and for sexual purposes, sexually misuse the same.
Significantly, the defendant has taken the minor victim to Prizren three times along with his two minor daughters.
In this way, the defendant committed the criminal offence of persons under 16 years of age, envisioned at Article 235 paragraph 2 under paragraph 2.3 concerning Article 232 paragraph 3 under paragraph 3.7 regarding paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.
In the end, the State Prosecutor has proposed to the competent Court in Gjilan, to convict the defendant, of his criminal act, and to the same pronounce the sentence convicted by law.
