A Palestinian has been killed by Israeli forces during continuing protests along the barricade that shared Gaza and Israel, according to the Health Ministry.

Health Ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Qadra identified 27-year-old Mohammed Abd al-Hay Abu Abada from the refugee camp, al-Shati in northern Gaza, the KK reports.

For more than six months, Palestinians in the Gaza Strip have protested during the siege with Israel at their request to return to their families and homes, who had been expelled 70 years earlier, reports Al Jazeera.

Since the protests started on March 30th, Israeli forces have killed at least 210 Palestinians and wounded more than 18 thousand in Israel's surrounded enclave, according to Gaza health officials.
