Koha Ditore reports that only 5 of the accused are in court. There is no Adam Grabovci, Zenun Pajasitaj Beqaj. Present are Fatmir Shudrej, Ismet Neziri, Xhavit Dajaj.
We remember that in April of this year, the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo filed an indictment in the case called “Proto”.
Besim Beqaj through the lawyer days ago has asked the court to postpone the trial due to a tight agenda.
He, according to Judge Shasivar Hoti, has demanded that the trial not be held throughout October.
Because of a tight schedule, Grabovci has reasoned. He has written that reasoning and said that it is abroad.
While the other defendant, Arbenita Pajaziti, has said she is in doctorate studies outside Kosovo.
Once this session is complete, the decision was made to hold the next session on November 15th.
