The Kosovo Parliamentary session has started without the Democratic League of Kosovo parliamentary group and that of the Vetevendosje Movement, which has long been boycotting the Assembly hearings with the argument that the Assembly must be dissolved and the country going to the polls.
The hearing was launched late because there were not 62 deputies in the hall. Meanwhile, the Speaker of the Parliament, Kadri Wessel, summoned his deputies three times.
The session is set to consider 25 agendas, left over from past sessions.

- Proposal-result vote by parliamentary debate on dialogue with Serbia,
