He has said there has been only one position of the Kosovo delegation for dialogue with Serbia, and that Kosovo's membership in Interpol and the military has been the key issues that have been discussed, Koha Ditore writes today.
And for the process of converting the KSF into the military, Haradinaj has said he has received US blessing.
Throughout the week, the head of the government has remained in New York to attend the annual session of the United Nations General Assembly. There he has met presidents, prime ministers and other representatives of various states. Haradinaj has set aside the visit to the US Military Academy “West Point” and the meeting with Defence Secretary James Mattis.
The latter, he has said, has repeated the idea of not touching borders.
