Donald Trump's government is planning very precisely to define the definition in which the state of sexual organs during birth claims gender identity, published the New York Times “”.
This would practically deny officially recognizing the legal persons as such.
In an interview the paper received, the US Ministry of Health proposes to introduce this judicial definition of gender identity in order to pass federal laws that prohibit discrimination in educational programmes that the federal state finances.
“Gjinia is the status of the individual who is either male or female, according to unchanged biological characteristics that can be found during birth or even earlier”, the ministry claims in the proposal of this definition, writes “New York Times”
The trial, marked in birth proof, should be the final test of that person's gender unless it is brought down with reliable genetic evidence”, it says in text.
The health ministry has called on the ministries of education, justice and labour to accept its definition, to increase the possibility of courts accepting it.
From entering the White House in January 2017, Donlad Trump has withdrawn some of the measures with which transigrant persons and LGBT community have been protected.
He said in 2017 that he thinks he's going to stop people from serving in the military, which was contrary to his predecessor's decision, Democrat Barack Obama.
