Gjilan's 22-year-old assassination description and his final words

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan has filed charges against defendants Liridon Uruki for serious murder, attempted murder and possession of property, control or unauthorized possession of weapons.

The witness reports that the man killed Fatlind Arifi after being shot, had said “O kuku got me drunk” while defendant Liridon Uruki ran to get his car now to take Fatlindi to the hospital.

The witness continues the confession, saying that the man who sent Fatlind Ariff to the hospital was also defendant Liridon Uruki, where he had demanded that one of the witnesses hold the gun, where he had taken the gun and placed it under the back seat of the car.

Eight witnesses were heard about this case, which ended tragically.

Prosecutor's Proposal

All evidence that had been kidnapped for three months, Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecution has proposed that on the basis of the evidence and legal basis of the indictment, the Constitutional Court declares the defendant guilty of acts that are placed on him: Heavy murder, attempted murder and possession, control, gun without permission.
