The updated travel advice, published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today, is said that Berlin's efforts to improve relations with Ankara so far have influenced dozens of banned German citizens after the 2016 failed coup.
“Arrests and persecution are often about posts on the government's critical social networks,”, according to a new travel advice to Turkey.
The ministry added that even private comments could pose a risk and that charges for “against President” or “spreading terrorist propaganda” could lead to a prison sentence of many years.
