If there are general elections Sunday, 18 % of German voters will choose Green, a percentage point more under a recent survey conducted by polling company “Forsa” published today for RTL and n-tv televisions.
The Greens, which are lined up in opposition in the German parliament, have dropped to third place with 16 %The Social Democrats' Party (SPD) part of the ruling coalition.
