The factory's Gjilani is converted into residence nests, 74 objects per year

It was known as a development municipality in the '70s. Economic development had flourished thanks to numerous social factories and companies.

Only during the 1970s-1990s in Gjilan were over eight factories and many other profitable companies.

But unlike that time, today the municipality of Gjilan is built. Almost no green space remains, and the city is known only for its excessive construction.

For 10 months this year, 74 items have been built in Gjilan. According to municipal officials, in Gjilan there is even a good construction trend, especially collective ones.

Rushiti has now declared that all construction is on permits and that another seven are in procedure for construction permits.
