Former head of the Constitutional Court, Enver Hasani, has deposited criminal speculation in Pristina against Alexander Lumez, State Chief Prosecutor, Blerim Jusuf, Kosovo Prosecutorial Council chairman Drita Peci Hajdari, Special Prosecutor's Prosecutor, and Sevdije Morina Special Prosecutor.
In the 11-page criminal rowing, the above-mentioned by Hasan are named as part of a “criminal group”.
“Qert is seen as referring to an organised criminal group and which is the same in two cases initiated on the same day”, it is said among other things in criminal speculation.
Hasan through this speculation claims that the investigative processes against him in recent years have been revenge of chief prosecutor Lumezi.
