Enver Hasani: Education Bajrami Book is below all levels

A criticism of the Professor of the Jurydic Faculty, Enver Hasani, has issued claims of questionable professional, scientific and editorial values to the author's “constitutional right, Arsim Bajrami and Florent Mucaj.

The book is dedicated to students of the University of Pristina Law Faculty. The book editor is the law faculty. The book has a total of 642 pages and has appeared in public in May 2018. The book, according to Hasani, is below any level to be a university book and seriously damages the professional formation of students.

In the 268-page criticism a copy the paper has secured, Enver Hasani refers to Mucaj Bay as our “authors”. It explains his motive for making criticism. Since the book has extensive and comprehensive audiences, according to Hasan, it necessarily awakens the curiosity of ordinary readers and law scholars and legitimizes any comment, criticism or suggestion that one may have for it.

So say the authors themselves in the foreword of the book. Not only do they welcome suggestions and criticism but they promise to inform them of the eventual reprint of the book”, Hasani has written. “When I read the book, however, I remained disorganized and cowered at the same time: shocked because I clearly saw that this book could never be reprinted that there is nothing to be reprinted, while I was cowering in the country, because I guess the students who read it to give the subject the constitutional right to each one of us, as educators of the Juridical faculty, the unwise man and the science man behind the fictional title, scientific and academic<3>
