Millions of euros have been provided for lobbies, advisory services, and various intellectual services, as far as Hashim Thaci was foreign affairs minister, and now President.
But not all of these documents have been offered to the Parliamentary Investigative Commission, which is investigating government and Presidency spending on lobbi, KTV reports.
Ten contracts the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not offered to the Commission, and for that the members themselves have asked for an explanation from the MPJ.
Alston & Bird LLP, Patton Bogs of Cambridge Academy of Global Affairs, are three of the companies with which MPJ has had contracts.
The contract with Alston& Bird was worth $780,000, signed for the 12-month period from March 1, 2017 to February 28, 2018.
This company would have to send reports for the 12 months, but has only sent them to 8 of them, until in another four months it has not been accountable.
From Alston&Bird, the Commission has not received reports for November and December 2017, as well as January and February 2018.
Just for this period, the Commission has doubts that the tools were divided for Hashim Thaci's autobiographical book.
Patton Bogs, with MPJ contracting over 1 million and 300 thousand euros for March 1, 2014, until February 28, 2017, the Commission has submitted the reports to the report for only 7 months of 2015, while 10 reports are missing for 2014, 5 of 2015, complete 12 months' reports for 2016 and two in 2017.
The lack of reports also has from the Cambdridge Academy company, with which there was contract worth 40 thousand euros per 4 months, from September to December 2017.
Meanwhile, the presidency currently has a contract with Ballard Partners for Strategic Consultancy and abortive services, linked to December 22nd 2017, which will remain in force until December 21st, 2019.
By 11 July, when the presidency has returned the interest of Chairman of the Baltimore Commission, Dardan Sejdiu, Ballard Partners company has paid 260 thousand euros for the services received.
Although the Commission does not possess all documentation, those who are making the parliamentary investigation say they have sufficient finds for misuse of public money.
The deputy chairman of this commission, Lumir Abdixhiku, says the Commission's final report will be the basis for further investigation by the investigation.
The other member of this commission, Arberie Nagavci, claims that during the work of the commission a certain number of payments has been deliberately determined by contract managers but did not send written reports.
The Katitmore Commission's final report is expected to be released in early December.
