Decani with no IS citizen, Elez Khan with eleven

According to this report, the reason for this is the community's and Islamic Community of Decani's greater commitment and the failure to allow other firehouses to legalise in the mosques of this municipality.

Meanwhile, according to the QKSS, 52% of Decani's citizens do not trust the institution of the Islamic Community of Kosovo.

The other town that Decani has been compared to is Elez's Khan Community.

This town has had greater problems with violent extremism, mainly due to border proximity with Macedonia and the city of Kacanik, where there have been more radicalised people.

According to the QKSS, extremist-minded smokeers from Macedonia and preachers from Kacanik have had access to Elez Khan Mosques and have influenced the recruiting of people.

So far, we have identified 11 foreign fighters. We have also come to identify two NGOs that acted earlier in Elez's Han Council, Kachanic, and who allegedly carried out illegal activities”, Jakupi said.

About 60 percent of the citizens of Elez Khan do not believe in the Islamic Community of Kosovo, the QKSS report was said in publication.

With 11 people joining the Islamic military group (IS), Hani of Elesi remains a municipality with the largest number of foreign head fighters in Kosovo.
