The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has filed 27 charges against 27 people for the cases of usurping Hekurland property in Prizren's municipality.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, following the admission of 51 criminal allegations by the Iron Infrastructure Management Company ♫ “INFRACOS SHA” has handled and investigated all these criminal charges, and after co-ordinating the necessary investigative actions, has filed 27 acts against 27 people, for criminal acts: “Illegal real estate usurpation” from Article 332 paragraph 2 and “Distraction or damage to property” Article 333 paragraphs 1 of the Kosovo Republic's Penal Code.

Of all the accepted subjects, in 6 of them are dropping criminal charges, while 18 subjects are still at work, for which the prosecution in Prizren is taking the necessary investigative actions.

Also, the Randa Crime Department has made a decision to launch investigations of 13 people due to reasonable suspicion that they committed criminal work “Use of formal position or authority” by Article 422 paragraph 1 of the Penal Code, as well as for criminal acts “The anti-legal construction work” from Article 368 paragraph 1 and “The Islamic propertyustrament of 33x5> from the Kosovo Criminal Code related to the release of property building in the vicinity of Hex3> by not respecting the law on the border of Kosovo.
