Consumer prices marked scores of 0.1 per cent in September compared to the previous month, due to COICOP sub-groups of bread and cereals 1.5%, vegetables 2.5%, clothes 1.9%, with a common impact of these subgroups of 0.4 per cent on IHCK.
This has been made known in the newest report by the Kosovo Statistics Agency (ASK) for the month of September 2018.
The upgrade was largely neutralised by the drop in consumer prices in the tree subgroups -7.6%, transport services -5.3%, falling air transport tickets, organised holidays -4.4%, with a common impact of these subgroups -0.3% in IHCK.
While annual inflation rate was 1.4%, the overall harmonised consumer price index is higher for 1.4% in September 2018 compared to the same period last year.
This results from rising consumer prices in this period in COICOP subgroups, bread and cereal 2.1%, meat 3.1%, milk, cheese and eggs 3.4%, vegetables 13%, tobacco 2.9%, use of personal transport equipment (10.6%, etc.).
The upgrade was already neutralised by the drop in consumer prices in the tree subgroups -6.7%, sugar and candy -7.7%, electricity, gas and other fuels -7%, household equipment -3.5%, audio-visual equipment, information processing photo -3.8%, with a combined impact of these subgroups -0.7 percent on IHK.
