Protesters with placards in hand and T-shirts against the referendum demand the resignation of Government and the failure to vote on these constitutional changes.
After nearly three decades, Macedonia and Greece reached agreement on changing the name, through which Macedonia will be named “North Macedonia”, but this change did not find support in the referendum, since 50 per cent of the population's participation was not achieved so that the referendum can be deemed successful. Now the fate of integrating the neighbouring state into the EU and NATO has remained in the hands of parliament.
