The Commission for Foreign Affairs, Diaspore and Strategic Investment at today's meeting is discussing dialogue with Serbia, since in turn the day is a review of the Government's report on dialogue, drafted in June.
Commission Chairman Vjosa Osmani from LDK said there is no recognition and professional analysis of the agreements with Serbia. Her remarks to the report is that it should include more detailed analysis of the 2013 Thaci-Dacic agreement.
She said there is a need to assess the dialogue process -- according to her, there are documents that have been handled in public but that the government does not have public.
Osmani said the government should seek missing documents.
While Vetevendosje MP Glauk Conkufca said dialogue transparency has failed.
“Country reporting number (5-6) and the number of meetings (40) are in disarray. The aspect that we have considered most important that transparency is, that every time they meet with Serbian officials, it has failed. After reading this 40-page report, it is foolish to say that dialogue with Serbia has been successful”, he said, KsP reported.
According to them, the commission should analyse the 7-year process of dialogue, then the Assembly is released with recommendations.
