Even though municipalities declassifiedly say that through this programme they help people living in serious financial conditions, without a peak over the head and with insufficient income to pay any rent, according to data audited by the National Audition Office at least benefits the category.
The report by the National Auditor's Office (ZKA) published on Thursday, titled “The efficiency of the Special Programmes for Banim” has spread multiple misuses and violations in five Kosovo municipalities. ZKA in this report has analysed the effectiveness of dividing these settlements in the municipality of Pristina, Mitrovica, Ferizaj, Obilic and Gjakova.
