CIA for Serbia: Corruption, heroin, money laundering

The report published on the CIA site for Serbia claims Serbia is protesting because the US and other democratic states have recognised Kosovo's independence. The report further notes that several thousand NATO forces are located in Kosovo and continue to maintain peace between the Albanian majority and the Serb minority in [...]
It also claims that the inefficient justice system, the very high level of corruption, and the aging of the population has been established. This report is cited as an important clue that Serbia is the point of re-arching heroin from Southeast Asia to Western Europe, as well as that it bases the economy on money laundering.
It also claims that Serbia still further has unresolved border disputes with Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as with Croatia around the border on the Drina River, on the Danube, but also some other unresolved bilateral issues that date from the wars of the 1990s it has caused.
The CIA has also published on its site that Serbia, according to its army's weapons spending, is located in 85 of the 153 world nations that are located on the list and that it is ahead of Croatia, which is 91st, but behind Montenegro, which is located in 64th.
