Charles Edi Rama, follow Enver Hoxha's footsteps: In court all those who speak evil of us

Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama through a Facebook post has indicated that now no minister and no Socialist Party MP will tolerate any slander, or any slander cast on Socialist Party deputies from the media, or by official digital profiles will be indicted by trial.

Albania has a very bad experience with criminalising free speech during Enver Hoxha's dictatorship, writes Periscopi.

EVERY HOPE IN THE FUND EDUCTION? ?

No minister and no Socialist Party deputy will tolerate any slander anymore.

Any slander cast in our direction by the political and media pot, even by the pot of official digital profiles, we'll sue him in court.

Enough lies, enough rebuttals, enough with television debates made up of slander or to gain audience and the noise of the mud factory. Enough of this abomination that is poisoning Albania and destroying every cornerstone of civil education and courtesy, which every family builds with much effort and patience for its children daily. Any slander in court!

Any money won by a slander trial will go to the Education Fund. This fund will be created by us to support daycares, gardens, school libraries, good students of every community, books, computers, or learning material.

The Education Fund will ensure that the money coming from trials that the prime minister, ministers, MPs, Socialist mayors or other activists of our political force faced with a slander goes to their destination, based on the court winner's proposal.

The Education Fund will have a management board, selected with the proposal and approval of the expanded gathering of the parliamentary group and the government. This board will address the aforementioned proposals and is the only instance that can decide to withdraw from a defamation court.

The Anti Department will be established immediately in the Socialist Party. Which will co-ordinate and follow the course of our frontal legal battle against Slander.

Casapolica and cazanmedia can't turn Albania into pot. Slanderers must pay and we will no longer pass through in silence or with political reactions, their filth. Any slander against us will be turned into income for the Education Fund.

A working group is being loaded to prepare founding and operation documents of the Anti Department and the Education Fund. These facilities should be operational, shortly after the transition to the Anti-Pecket Framework.

This proposal is open to the contributions of each member of the enlarged meeting, but the proposals of every friend of this social network are also welcome.
