Beating the waiter for pay, failing judgment

There has failed to be trial for beating the waiter because of paying in the coffee shop “The Sela”, in Bardosh in Pristina.

The reason for the failure was that accused Baki Tashevci had not committed protection even though the defence for it is mandatory.
