During this meeting, leaders of the Austrian-Kosovo Friendship Association urged the Austrian president to continue efforts to support the Republic of Kosovo, especially in the area of visa liberalisation, as well as to support a series of projects in the fields of medicine, education, art and culture.
The chairman of the Austrian-Kosovo Friendship Association, Euro-Deputate Lucas Mandl, said that organising this meeting is a special honour and gratitude for the Society's work and its commitment to advancing the integration process of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to Mandl, anyone who meets the conditions for lifting visas should have full support from the European Union, and Brussels must keep its word.
He stressed that now is the time for visa liberalisation for the Republic of Kosovo.
