These positions will be led by task guides until the completion of the recruiting procedures, Koha Ditore writes today.
The decisions were taken Thursday by Education, Science and Technology Ministry Secretary Ekrem Kastrati.
Directors of departments and leading division leaders who have had permanent appointments (the permanent workplace) are arranged as coordinator or task manager. According to them, the only reason given is that changes are made based on the regulation for internal organisation and systematisation of jobs.
The regulation was approved on 11 September by the Government and is based on the “Functional Review of August”, funded by the EU and GIZ.
