The Parliament, meanwhile, has so far met only 27% of the legislative agenda -- 46 laws from 169 scheduled for this year. Parliament's labour monitors consider this legislature to be very divided and without the tendency to co-operate among parliamentary groups, which affects the failure of the highest representative institution in the country.
While opposition parties as guilty of blocking parliament see the ruling coalition, power says opposition parties are defunct it, writes the newspaper “Zer” today.
Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Ilmi Recica considers this legislature to be quite successful.
Kosovo's “Convention on the basis of assessments made by the administration, has had a successful job and on the basis of adopting the bills and on the basis of decisions it has examined of independent agencies is not that the Parliament has not been successful in its work, and given that the ruling coalition has enough MPs to pass the laws and to vote reports of agencies<1>, Recica has declared.
