The chairman of the Regulatory Authority of Electronic and Post Communication (ARKEP), Kreshnik Gashi, has said that in an interview for Kosovo Press that July 31st of 2019, it is the date when Kosovo Telekom phone operator expires all the French generation, respectively, authorisations for the use of these generation, while telephone operator I PCO expires most of the frequent generation they have in use.
He has added that this task force is in the phase of international consultancy and is expected that by January of next year, the Authority will have the decision on what the prices for the French generation will be, as well as what the way to separate future generations for operators will eventually be able to enter the market during 2019 or by the end of this year.
