The one at the Express Interview at KTV, stressed that Kosovo's Assembly is disfunctional and even political parties are aiming to replace the Assembly with tables.
He added that the crises that are manifesting political will, he sees as the requirement for early elections.
The topics Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has now opened for border correction, he says they clearly relate to the Special Court.
It has mentioned that only 22 percent of the work has been accomplished so far, so the way to new choices must be opened.
“has clashed with the ruling coalition. We have seen it even when at the PDK convention, the opening of domestic elections took place. There Wessel was called a future prime minister. This shows them the clashes inside. We have also seen Thaci Haradinaj, Veselin Thaci. A divorce between them is near, even so was the surprise coalition”, Qorroll said.
Coalition The AKR's PDK-AAK-Nisma is officially at the end, he said. The elections are closer than ever, said Qorroll, adding that panic from them has begun to manifest itself clearly.
According to him, the EU is never to blame. “Who knows how the EU works, knows that the EU is functional and makes appropriate decisions. We no longer have problems only with states that do not recognise Kosovo, but also with what they know, such as France and the Netherlands”, he said.
Qrolli, further said expectations are that, with visa liberalisation, Kosovo will be emptied. He compared this to Kukes in Albania.
In Kosovo, he said, the political elite is completely divided.
“under this circumstance, consensus among particularly Albanian parties is appropriate, but it is difficult to achieve. This mainly because of the problems party leaders have among themselves”, he said further.
Haradinaj's Thaci, he said, has deep clashes between them, and has taken old scores.
If visa liberalisation is delayed by mid-year, Qorrolli said it happens only because politics has seized the institutions of justice in Kosovo. And according to him, the EU is afraid of what's happening.
“We are covering liberal democracy and in Kosovo this democracy is at risk. Four-five people have choked the country, and certainly the EU will condemn them. And of all of this, the people eventually suffer”, he said.
Qorroll also said the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue implies reconciliation of nations. He said there are only Thaci and Vuciqi left to do the final job, but the problems between them, which no one knows, are extending the process.
