The same has been highlighted by Albanian Ambassador to Belgrade Ilir Boca, who has said their presence would have been very welcome because of the importance of topics that have been addressed and that matter very much for Kosovo itself.
Kosovo was present with several representatives of civil society. It was not represented by its legitimate representatives, in the sense of representatives of the Government, representatives of the state, but it was also a missing side of this conference, although we can say that Kosovo and its problems, the problem of Serbia-Kosovo dialogue was present at all sessions of this forum”, the ambassador said.
He has also wished that the final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia would happen as soon as possible.
I wish that this dialogue would lead to reaching a stable, binding agreement for both sides to return normality to this and pave the way for better and normal development in relations between Serbia and Kosovo... Albania supports the process of dialogue. Albania supports reaching a real agreement, a stable agreement, on which development of relations between Serbia and Kosovo can be developed constructively, and opening new prospects on the road towards membership of Albania and Kosovo in Euro-Atlantic mechanisms and in the European Union. This is our target”, he said.
The Albanian ambassador has also spoken about stopping Kosovo's citizens from Serbian authorities when they traveled to Serbia and which KosovoPress has reported several times.
Whatever is done illegally, anything that is done against normal citizens' lives is an obstacle. The good aim is to get over them, keep them from repeating themselves, and find out where there is a possibility of developing relationships. That I think is the best way and achieving success in dialogue would be the right way in this direction”, he said.
All in the end, Albanian Ambassador to Serbia Ilir Boca stressed that all Balkan countries need security instruments, for politics, doctrine, for further improvement and development.
