“A decision has been made to change the detention measure by home arrest”, Koci told Express.
Koci has said that this Court of Appeals ruling has come after yesterday's complaint conducted.
He has said he will even require MP Demalijaj to be released from any other measure.
“With the first legal means will require release from any measure”, Koci said.
Demalijaj has been arrested after the indictment filed by Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor, following his statements, which are considered as threats to former prosecutor Elez Blakaj, who was investigating the fantased lists of KLA veterans.
Days earlier, the detention measure has also been changed to MP Milaim Zeka, who is currently in house arrest.
