War veterans' non-categorisation has failed to raise minimum wage

“Depending on budgetary opportunities, the cost of living and eventual inflation, at the end of each year, the Government of Kosovo with the finance ministry's proposal, with particular decision, could decide on the extent of the pension of the KLA fighter veteran, who cannot be less than the minimum wage set in Kosovo”, says Article 18 of this law.
