More than 342 thousand subjects continue to remain unresolved in the courts of Kosovo. These include other than the foundational ones, including the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. The justice system in Kosovo has yet to find a solution for the large number of substances it has not addressed over the years.
It has been one of the main problems, which continues to transmit the judicial system since it took over competencies from internationals.
342 thousand and 590 subjects continue to remain unresolved in the Constitutional Court, the Appeals, and the Supreme Court. That is the figure released by the Kosovo Judiciary Council in the labour report by September 2017.
There are 31 thousand and 204 courses in the Ferizaj Court. But
19 thousand and 496 in Vushtrri, which is a branch of the Mitrovica Court.
Even the Prizren Court, Gjakova, Mitrovica and Gjilan have more than 10,000 unresolved materials.

The head of the Kosovo Judiciary Council acknowledges this is causing problems in general.
But new competitions for judges and legal officials, expected to open in 2018, could change the situation.
The judgment at a reasonable time is the right guaranteed by Kosovo's law and Constitution.
