President Hashim Thaci has written that there is little time to publish the European Commission's Enlargement Strategy for the integration of Balkan countries.
He says Kosovo's path towards the EU has little unknown. He says that to give a chance to Kosovo youth, it is in the hands of the Kosovo leadership.
According to Thaci, the right decision to open up European perspective for Kosovo is the adoption of demarcation with Montenegro, writes Periscopi.

A few days have remained in publication of the European Commission's Enlargement Strategy for European Integration of Western Balkan countries.
This is a historic opportunity for Kosovo to be adequately involved in this strategy and for Kosovo citizens to have clarity for their next steps towards integration into the European Union.
This clarity, along with free and visa-free movement, would be the best news for any Kosovo citizen on the 10th anniversary of our state's independence. The European Union, which holds this strategy and other important decisions for our country, does not bother what the citizen wants, but is interested in seeing how much the institutions of our country have fulfilled their demands.
So there are no unknowns here. The urgent question before us is, Will we do what is necessary to remove doubts that we want an EU future?
Do we want to give our youth a chance to try for a future of merit in the European family? Or we want to confuse them permanently in the short - term political cause.
Now is not the time for guilt or justification, but for actions in the interest of the state and citizens. I cannot emphasize enough how necessary it is at this moment to show proper leadership.
And such a decision is the ratification of the border demarcation agreement with Montenegro, a country that took difficult decisions in relation to Kosovo, for which we are grateful. We have to do what is good for citizens, a clear European perspective and a free movement of our citizens to Europe. HTH
