Ramush Haradinaj is the first prime minister to have visited the Pristina municipality since it was led by the Shpend Ahmeti of Vetevendosje.
Haradinaj, today at a media conference together with Chairman Shpend Ahmeti, said debates and political differences will not influence the Government's commitment to improving issues involving the capital, Periscopi writes.
He argued that the Government of Kosovo will be near and the Pristina Community Wing in many respects, both in the realisation of the Capital Law, on the issue of the Youth Palace, the Opera Hall and the city ring, and other projects, which he called great.
“With the first of Pristina, Shpend Ahmeti, held a working meeting to co-ordinate actions for a model capital. The Kosovo government will be near and side of the Pristina municipality in every aspect of life, as in the realisation of the Law for the capital, the Youth Palace, the Opera Hall, the city ring and many other major projects”, said in a statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office.
Haradinaj stressed that Pristina is Kosovo's image in the world.
This image we have to make sure that we jointly empower it by converting it into a sense that makes us proud of all”, it says in the end. /Periscopi/
