Fatmir Limaj has said abolishing the Special Court is the most harmful process than establishing the Court at first. At the meeting of NISMA's National Council, he has said the initiative for special relocation should have addresses and responsibility.

Leader of NISMA's Fatmir Limaj is emerging to be the only leader in Kosovo that has taken a serious stand against the initiative to abolish the Special Court.

At a party rally, he has said that the most harmful is the disarray of the Special than its foundation.

Despite saying it was against the Special, I said, Limaj is saying that this subject should be removed from the agenda and continued on with other topics.

We returned a topic that was forgotten. We even went against the judge in 2015. We can never say no to justice. We've already told him, but not you. We've said, we want justice that runs after trials and not after ethnic affiliation or proper names. They don't have days or what they're signing”, Limaj has declared.

We have said that whenever he comes to parliament, we vote, we vote for that court to change. But we want the initiative to be responsible, to have the address. As has been the vote on Kosovo's damaging court in 2015, much more is harmful to abolishing it in the way it has happened”, he has added.

“Nisma can neither stop nor abolish it. We don't violate the state's interest in individual fate”, Limaj has said.
