Spain sends him a letter EC, says Kosovo not part of EU enlargement

In a letter said in the form of “Spain has sent the European Commission on the eve of adopting the Enlargement Strategy in the Western Balkans, which has provided “Koha Ditore”, Spain opposes using the term WB6 (short for the six Western Balkan countries) and says that “Kosovo is not part of the enlargement process”, writes today “Koha Ditore<7>.
If Spain's remarks were taken into consideration, then rather than encouraging, the enlargement strategy and the EU would further satisfy hopes for confidence in the EU enlargement process. It even mentions in diplomatic circles that Spain wants to oppose Kosovo's participation in the Sofia Summit between the EU and the Western Balkan countries.
