RTK has managed to secure a document where former president of EULEX judges Malcolm Simmons accuses the mission of being mounted against KLA leaders.
In the document RTK has provided from a secure source within the mission writes:
“EULEX tracking former commanders The KLA, the EU is working hard to impress Serbia and keep the Pristina-Belgrade dialogue alive. Most of the cases where KLA leaders are being charged are being mistreated”.
Artan Kerkinni defence lawyer in Drenica II case, says evidence published earlier, but these too must be treated more seriously.
There's no way Simon's claims dare to go in silence because there are serious claims coming from one multi-director these claims should be seriously addressed”
The Kerin has said that based on Simon's evidence published earlier, they have filed complaints at the constitutional court for the case to be turned into retrial.
We're relying on the material evidence he's provided we've applied for repetition in the Drenica II case. These Simons statements only empower our claims that the judgment in the Drenica II case should be repeated because the same one is not based on evidence and law, but has been highly developed for political agitations”
Otherwise, in documents previously secured by RTK, evidence that Malcolm Simmons is still willing to report on all his findings for misusing the mission.
