This is Russia's reaction following Ivanovic's assassination

In a statement issued for Ivanovic's murder, Russia's Foreign Affairs Ministry said Moscow “strongly condemns this disgusting act”.

The Russian ministry said this act could lead to the rise of “a terror atmosphere” and the revival of “interethnic conflict in the region”.

“We call on all international institutions in Kosovo to take measures to prevent possible incidents in the province”, Russia's state has said.

“We expect relevant institutions to conduct a thorough investigation of the incident and identify the authors who will receive the sentence they deserve”
