“We warn the US against efforts to intervene in the internal affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran,” said Sergei Ryabkov, Russian deputy foreign minister, in an interview with state news agency “TASS”
Ryabkov also said Washington “is tempted to use the moment to raise new issues related to KPP”, Iran's Joint Action Plan restricting Iran's nuclear programme, including limiting uranium enrichment for 10 years.
At least 21 people were killed in demonstrations, which were the most massive to hit Iran since their controversial 2009 elections. /Periscope.
