The rumors of a philosophy and serious lawyers ' attacks

Two different themes from four of the same panelists were debated at KTV's Rubikon tonight. The first topic involved developments in Vetevendosje Movement, while the second concerned the Special Court. The guests were Blerim Latifi, professor of philosophy, and adviser to the head of Kadri Wessel, Yusuf Thaci, an opinionist [...]
In the first part of the debate, especially the role of the Vetevendosje Movement candidate, Albin Kurti. The adviser to the Speaker of the Parliament did not spare the harsh language to his boss's opinion, even linking him to Stalinism. Latif, who attacked Kurt's character by saying that he only happens to be an expert, so he cannot trust anyone else. Explaining the internal conflict, the legalist at the UP, said the problem had deeper roots in the 12-year history of this subject. Vetevendosje '%ttencoi he had collective or consensual leadership that is now being demanded to be destroyed by Albin Kurti, made up of autism.
Clearly, Latif's explanation was too lame, and he failed to define what he called collective leadership, or legal leadership, since until now, Vetevendosje has had its structures and organs. The democratisation of this party started years ago. It would be logical to think otherwise that Kurt is trying to restore collective governance since, as Yusuf Thaci noted, the main people of Vetevendosje in leadership positions had resigned.
However, the philosopher who counsels Wessel was tonight openly involved in various gossip and slander. But as he attacked Kurt as a man who considers to be revealing the country's historical secrets, the confidence that Latif talked to, and the unlogical claims gave the impression that he has such consideration for himself.
The two invited lawyers were also highly critical of Vetevendosje and also attacked membership, Kurti, but also those who resigned from their leadership positions.
As for Special, even this is where associate Professor Latif stood. This time, however, not with the enthusiasm that characterized him when he spoke of Vetevendosje's division. This time, he was hesitant and much shorter in his statements. At times, it was enough simply to hinder the other person's speech, as Besnik Berisha said: “No blash, not Bree” Or “You are making completely incorrect interpretation”. Or a completely simple denial to the thought that on December 22nd there was an attempt to smuggle the abolition of the Special: “is not smuggling”. As smuggling the initiative of MPs had also named British ambadassodor in Pristina, Ruairi OʹConnel.
As for the dramatic developments in the assembly, Pallaska said it was an attempt to change history. In order not to know who was against the Court after a while. Pallaska added it was Hashim Thaci who had sought the approval of this court by the Parliament.
Jusuf Thaci named the Special Court as a completely political enterprise, as being founded by political institutions. However, here the question is justified, can any court or other relevant justice mechanism be established without the will of political institutions? Perhaps Thaci too would need to further his opinion.
