Respect the light, these are the sentences with the new Law

On January 1st, the new law on illegal trafficking has entered into force. Under this law Kosovo Police will now pronounce fines for physical persons up to 500 euros, while for legal persons up to 10,000 euros, rather than as in the past, where police have imposed fines of up to 60 [...]

Under the Law on Reproach, for fines pronounced by opposing bodies, and in this case even by the Kosovo Police, opponents can make opposition to the Commission for Determination.

Always under the Law on Refrail if the offender, who has been fined, paid within the set term, opponents will pay only 50% of the amount of the prescribed fine, as an incentive for the criminals to pay the fines.

There are several mothers in this law where each offense has its first sentence. Just for failing to respect the light, the driver will be fined 150 euros, removed three points from the patent, and seized for three months.

Fines with the new law are also provided for footmen who do not respect the traffic light. All footmen entering red in traffic will be fined 20 euros by road police, writes Indexline.

Similarly, according to this law for criminals who do not pay the fine in the pre-term and do not file complaints, it is pre-arranged for such cases to be prosecuted in the procedure of completing the anti-independence organs, and in this case, the Kosovo Police initiated completion by the Private Masters.

Police have started implementing this law, so they appealed to all traffic participants to be careful and to respect communications signs.
