Both options are required to precede ratification, which comes with the vote “pro” of at least two-thirds of the 120 deputies as far as the Parliament is concerned, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
The solution, since part of the government has been promoted to be acceptable even to opponents of the agreement, is included in the second article of the Bill, a copy of which the paper has provided.
“Deposits of the State Border Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and Montenegro, signed in Vienna on August 26th 2015, if there are new legal facts, can be changed and met with the consent of the parties. Deposits of this agreement can be changed under the same procedure provided for adoption”, the article says. “With the reconciliation of parties, changing agreement provisions may require international arbitration”, followed
