Recording the phone numbers in the Post with ID documents has led to fake calls and them jokingly towards the police and fire department down.

Firefighters' commander for the Pristina region, Latif Zeka, said that last year (2017) only 10 false cases have been reported mainly as burning houses or cars.

It's true before it happened much or the last two years, especially in the last three years since numbers and mail names have been taken, there's also a huge drop, there's a total of 10 that's not much for us. Usually, something or a house or car has been burned, but when we go, it's a fake and we identify it as a false call”, Zeka said, KP reports.

According to him, as many as 60 calls have been accepted earlier in the year, with interesting demands coming out of the fire department.

He also said that between January and November of this year, they have accepted a total of 1919 calls or exits to the 193 emergency number where they have interviewed for various cases.

We've always had 1919 exits for the past 11 months, so we call it a professional exit... professional exits are all of those exits that have to do with fire disposal, communications accidents, the extinction of field-elal fires, elevator openings, human rescue, animal rescue, withdrawal of”, he said.

Whether there is interest on the part of the citizens to appeal false to the emergency numbers in the Kosovo Police, Kosovo Police spokesman Bucky Kelani said there are times when Kosovo citizens seek help in the police for irrigation, extinguishing fires, natural disasters.

But Kelani said these demands have been greatly reduced and the number of calls on problems due to criminal nature has increased.

There is also a certain figure that addresses the Kosovo Police but does not fall to the domain of the work of the Kosovo Police. In most cases, Kosovo police are trying to make that information even though they are not in the police domain to channel or address other responsible institutions, in certain cases they made it through calls to the police, but in certain cases, police are committed to inform other institutions responsible for calling Kosovo citizens. You know that citizens still call to the Kosovo Police on various issues whether they are water pipelines, whether they be firemen, whether they are atmosphere or many other things that are not in the domain and responsibility of the Kosovo Police”, Kelani said.

Even in the police, there are now fewer false calls than in the past few years.

“These numbers that have been for false calls have been greatly reduced and now we can say that we have an extremely small number of calls that have nothing to do with police, is mainly increasing the number of calls on problems that appear in their locations, on cases of different criminal nature, and thanks to these calls, and thanks to this co-operation we are managing to have positive results both in prevention and also in arresting the heads of various criminal works”, Kelani said.

In previous years, there have been calls from Kosovo citizens on various issues or even their ridiculous demands that had nothing to do with the work of police, firemen, emergency, etc.
