Recica promises support to pensioners

Labour and Social Management Minister Skender Recica has visited the League of Pensioners of Kosovo, where she met with her chairman, Shaban Kaitazi and other representatives, the Ministry of Labour and Social Management has announced today through a communiqué.

It is stressed that during the meeting, Minister Recica was widely announced about the major concern of pensioners, underlining the fact that a comprehensive reform in an organisational and legal way would be a good start for a stable and advanced pension system.

I'm aware that your position is not one of the most dignified, but I promise you that I'm close to making concrete decisions and taking concrete steps in terms of a detailed completion of the State Pension Scheme Law, with the aim of reforming the pension system in organizational and legal terms, so that in the future we don't have legal objections to laws with each other”, the minister has said.

Meanwhile, Mayor Kaytazi on behalf of pensioners thanked Minister Recica for contributing to improving pension conditions and realising their rights
