Balkan Policy Research Group Director Naim Rashit has said that the killing of Oliver Ivanovic is a political strike, warning that the north will eat many more Serbian heads.
Rashit Ivavnovqi appreciates him as a sharp and wise politician, as well as accurate knowledge of developments and as realistic.
He says Ivanovic had a suspicious past and was part of informal units during the war, such as the bridge's unit in Mitrovica.
“I have seen the bridge guard run the Albanian north. After those developments, he said that he understood his own mistakes and began to become more realistic. In some cases he said he regretted his exploits... This was by no means allowed to his past”, writes Rashi.

Oliver Ivanov's murder
Oliver Ivanovic was a human and probably the only Serbian politician with a close-up, smart, accurate knowledge of exfiling and realistic.
Oliver's murder is part of a game greater than killing a Serb. It's political assassinations and political programming.
Oliver had a past of suspicion and mix. He was part of the informal units during the war, the leader of the bridge guards. I've seen it lead the bridge guards to evacuate the Albanians from the north. After those developments, he said that he understood his own mistakes and began to become realistic. In some cases, he said he regretted his doings. .... That's definitely not what I left him for.
He was a politician last night, popular and had the support of many people from his community. Serbs see him as a deignive representative, intellectual and politician.
He articulated his standards even against Belgrade government. Oliver's case is the only one when Belgrade collaborated with EULEX on investigations and raising charges against him for involvement in war crimes.
But Oliver is just one of the victims. He and a lot of Serbs who wanted to live with the grids, remain self-aware and engaged. He is only a victim of the regime, political and security system that Belgrade has operated north for 20 years. The North will eat a lot of Serbian heads. Groups and individuals raised in a landless space and law, with support of state institutions and security bodies, will refuse to establish order, law, integration and normality.
