Prime Minister Haradinaj began the long-standing task at the head of the Government with the dismissal of the state Commission for border demarcation with Montenegro, not respecting either of the provisions specified in the Law for State Border Control and Supervision and Support Act.
Under the law, members of the Commission can be dismissed by the government only if they are sentenced by the competent court, as well as at the request of the institution that has appointed members or the Commission itself.
